1. Bura Township Office Page is a social media platform devoid of Politics and Politicking
2. The Group members must treat each other with dignity and respect at all times.
3. The Group Members must be transparent and should avoid hidden agendas.
4. The Group members must be genuine with each other and have a focused objective during discussions .
5. Members must Trust each other with confidence in the social Page
6. Our three Page's admins will open up a space in which members have information and are comfortable asking for what they need .
7. Team members will practice a consistence commitment in sharing all information they have with open mind
8. Members must Support each other and compliment members contributions and opinions
9. Discussions of issues, ideas and direction will not become a personal attack during deliberations and brainstorming sessions.
10. Problems to be presented in a way to promote mutual discussions and resolutions
11. Thoughtful decision making is expected from members.
12. Members must show Commitment and be accountable to the group members
13. It's OK to get the messages with bad news , you can expect problem solving approach NOT recrimination
14. Communication must be honest , Open and respectful
15. Team members have a sense of belonging to the group , have deep commitment to the group's discussions and action
16. Group members must maintain high standards of leadership and objective reporting in the social network.
17. Let's all respect our Group's norms and guidelines for us to deliver enhanced services to our communities of Bura Township and by extension Fafi Constituency.

Yes! Service delivery is important because it helps provide people with amenities they want or need by linking them to an organization with resources to provide those services.
