A narcissist is someone who has an inflated sense of self-importance, a lack of empathy, and a need for admiration and validation. They often manipulate, exploit, and disregard others to achieve their own goals and maintain their ego.

How does a narcissist feel when you ghost them?

A narcissist may feel insulted, rejected, and humiliated by your ghosting. They may perceive it as a personal attack on their self-worth and superiority. They may lash out at you with angry messages, threats, or insults, or try to smear your reputation to others. They may also try to provoke you into breaking your silence and giving them attention.
A narcissist may not understand why you ghosted them, or refuse to accept that you did. They may rationalize your behaviour as a mistake, a misunderstanding, or a temporary setback. They may try to contact you repeatedly, pretending that nothing happened, or making excuses for their actions. They may also act as if they don’t care about your ghosting, or even claim that they ghosted you first.
