Narcissists are self-centered people, so why do they want to destroy others? They believe that by destroying others, they will receive the attention and validation they seek. Destroying other people allows them to divert attention away from themselves. There are numerous reasons why narcissists feel compelled to harm and destroy others. So, here are 10 reasons:

Number 1: They Have Fragile Egos And Low Self-Esteem.

They often feel like they don’t belong or are not good enough in some way. So, they put on a mask of confidence and superiority, which they hope will make them feel better about themselves. But ultimately, all this masking just makes them feel worse. It reminds them of how much they’re failing at being someone else.
Narcissists are never confident in their skin. So, instead of working on their issues, they’ll try to tear down other people and make them feel miserable. Narcissists can only cope with these feelings by destroying other people. These people are more successful than them, more confident than them, or better liked than them.
